About the role
The Partnership and Experience Account Manager is a highly organized, detail-
oriented professional with a genuine passion for cars, car culture, and the experiences
that unite automotive enthusiasts. This role operates at the intersection of strategic
partnership management and premium guest experiences, and is critical to ensuring
sponsor and partner relationships are managed with rigor, consistency, and
professionalism across all related events and activations.
On one side of the role, you will own the day-to-day management of assigned partner
accounts—serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring reporting is delivered on
time, contractual obligations are tracked and fulfilled, meetings are proactively
scheduled, and follow-ups are executed with precision. You will be responsible for
maintaining partner confidence through reliable execution and clear communication.
On the other side of the role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing
to help plan, project manage, and deliver distinctive partner-led events, rallies, and
experiences that celebrate automotive culture and bring the Petersen brand to life for
our guests, members, and broader enthusiast community.
This is an ideal role for someone who values structure and accountability, takes pride in
operational excellence, and is energized by translating partnerships into authentic,
customer-centric automotive experiences—both behind the scenes and on the ground
at events, immersed in a shared love of cars.
