Client Care Specialist at Petrelli Previtera – Be the Heart of the Client Experience

Petrelli Previtera is seeking a Client Care Specialist to be a front-facing advocate for our clients, supporting their journey from initial contact to case resolution with empathy and efficiency.
In this vital role, you’ll focus on client outreach, communication, and task execution to support an excellent overall client experience. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and cared for every step of the way. This is a client-impacting role that requires exceptional organizational skills, consistent follow-through, and a deep commitment to service.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Rittenhouse Square office in Philadelphia.
As the Client Care Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping each client’s experience with the firm. From welcome calls to check-ins and consultation follow-ups, you’ll ensure clients never feel lost or overlooked. By keeping communication flowing and client information meticulously organized, you’ll help reduce friction, build trust, and support the firm's mission to provide clarity and compassion through legal transitions.
Client Communication & Outreach: Serve as a welcoming, supportive voice for clients. Make scheduled welcome calls, and check in on case status to ensure clients feel supported and engaged.
Task Execution: Take ownership of client care tasks, including documenting communication, logging outreach, and supporting follow-ups in coordination with the sales, intake, and legal teams.
Organization & Data Management: Maintain accurate client records in the CRM. Track touchpoints and ensure every client receives timely and appropriate communication throughout their journey.
Service-Focused Support: Respond to client inquiries and concerns with empathy and accuracy. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through thoughtful communication and follow-through.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with client operations, intake, and legal teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
We offer a base salary of $50,000–$60,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a flexible holiday schedule. The pay range for this role is:
