About the role

The Marketing Manager role is a unique opportunity to build expertise across the full marketing spectrum from digital strategy and demand generation to content development, campaign execution, and performance analytics. A successful candidate will lead multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive measurable business results while leveraging AI tools to work smarter and more strategically across all marketing functions.


This role requires a broad marketing toolkit, an AI-first mindset, and deep versatility. You'll work closely with senior leadership, sales, subject matter experts, and external partners to execute everything from content management and paid campaigns to event management and marketing analytics. Above all, the candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and energized by variety and working with a talented cross disciplinary team.

What you'll do

  • Execute and manage multi channel marketing campaigns from creative concepting through measurement
  • Lead demand generation programs, including lead nurturing, pipeline development, and conversion optimization
  • Manage event assets and provide marketing and sales support for industry events (occasional travel required)
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimization and experimentation
  • Coordinate editorial calendar and work with leadership and subject matter experts on thought leadership content
  • Support website strategy and manage day-to-day updates, optimization, and roadmap execution
  • Execute social media initiatives including content creation, community engagement, and paid campaign management
  • Collect client case studies and testimonials to build brand credibility
  • Manage and use various marketing tools (CRM, design, demand, dashboarding)

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise across digital channels
  • Background in B2B marketing or agency and technology sectors
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content
  • Strong project management abilities and experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Experience with CRM management and marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including social media management, analytics, and project management software
  • AI skills and experience applying AI across various marketing applications
  • Experience with brand messaging, media relations, and external communications
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

What would be nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or design tools
  • Drupal or CMS management experience
  • Experience in the healthcare technology or AI solutions space

What the Environment Looks Like

Physical Demands

  • Frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasional adjusting or moving of light objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
  • Continuous communication on live video chats, calls, and through emails and messaging platforms for the purpose of exchanging information.
  • Continuous repetitive movements that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Travel, sometimes frequent, is expected.

The pay range for this role is:

94,000 - 132,000 USD per year (Remote)
