As a Senior Product Manager, AI-Powered Experiences at Phase2, you will lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of intelligent digital products that leverage AI to create adaptive, personalized, and forward-looking experiences. You will operate at the intersection of product development, data, and emerging technology, shaping tools and solutions that drive measurable outcomes for our clients.
This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, excels at translating bold ideas into high-impact digital solutions, and brings hands-on experience building AI-powered features that prioritize outcomes.
This position reports to: VP, Strategy
Job Responsibilities
- Own the client product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, aligning business needs, user insights, and technical feasibility
- Translate complex requirements into clear product plans, epics, and user stories that move from idea to execution
- Identify opportunities to embed AI across platforms and workflows (e.g., semantic search, predictive recommendations, personalized UX)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, human-centered products
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery momentum while maintaining high standards of usability, performance, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2)
- Validate product outcomes through continuous iteration, stakeholder feedback, and defined success metrics
- Guide 30/60/90-day pilots of new features or capabilities and lead integration into broader platform roadmaps
- Evangelize AI product thinking internally and externally; contribute to thought leadership and product practice development
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product management experience leading cross-functional digital teams
- 1–3 years of proven experience bringing AI-powered products from zero to one and scaling from one to n, with a focus on user impact, value creation, and measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Experience working in or with digital agencies, consultancies, or fast-paced product organizations
- Experience with web-based applications including data-driven websites/portals, web services, content management systems (CMS), contact relationship management (CRM), e-commerce (EC), membership management, and online community solutions
- Proven ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive product practices
- Experience with various levels of quality assurance testing and developing QA test plans
- CSPO or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI product use cases such as search optimization, recommendation systems, intelligent content delivery, or workflow automation
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS, B2B tools, or modular platform design
- Comfort navigating cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Physical Demands
- Frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasional adjusting or moving of light objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
- Continuous communication on live video chats, calls, and through emails and messaging platforms for the purpose of exchanging information.
- Continuous repetitive movements that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Travel (approx. 15% - 25%) when required.
