Compensation: Base annual salary of $125,000 - $155,000

What You’ll Do

  • Engagement Ownership and Execution: Lead complex, multi-workstream projects end-to-end across one or more accounts, owning engagement direction and aligning delivery with client goals and expected outcomes. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, intervening early to keep engagements stable and on track.
  • Client Leadership and Advocacy: Lead day-to-day client relationships with confidence and clarity. Guide conversations, set expectations, present progress and recommendations, and help clients navigate decisions and tradeoffs while maintaining trust, momentum, and a constant eye towards outcomes.
  • Creative Engagement Design and Problem Solving: Design practical and flexible engagement approaches that balance client objectives with delivery realities across scope, budget, timeline, and resourcing constraints. Apply a solution-oriented mindset to complex challenges without compromising outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct cross-disciplinary teams by establishing clear roles, workflows, communication patterns, and accountability. Mentor and coach Project Managers and delivery team members, strengthening delivery leadership and growth across engagements.
  • Organizational Insight and Improvement: Spot patterns and recurring challenges across engagements and take ownership of socializing insights, proposing improved delivery approaches, and influencing how teams work more effectively across the organization.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Make informed decisions on resource allocation, prioritization, and tradeoffs. Balance delivery quality, team health, and client outcomes while protecting engagement momentum.
  • Financial and Operational Stewardship: Own engagement financials, including scope management, forecasting, staffing, and margin performance. Ensure operational excellence across staffing, contracts, invoicing, reporting, and governance processes.
  • AI-Enabled Delivery Leadership: Embed AI into engagement workflows as a standard practice. Use AI to support planning, analysis, communication, and decision-making, and set expectations for responsible, effective team usage.
