About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Cloud & AI Systems Analyst Intern to join our IT team and learn how modern IT operations are run. This internship isn’t about just watching others — you’ll gain hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, automation, and AI-driven systems.
You’ll work alongside experienced analysts to support projects that keep our systems secure, compliant, and efficient. If you’re curious about how automation and AI can replace manual work and want to build skills that set you apart in IT, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Learn how to monitor systems and assist in building live dashboards for uptime, compliance, and performance.
- Support the IT team in administering Microsoft 365 tools (Intune, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Defender).
- Gain exposure to Azure (Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and monitoring tools).
- Help integrate data sources (e.g., Procore, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Graph) into Power BI dashboards.
- Assist with automation projects using PowerShell, REST/Graph APIs, Power Automate, and Copilot.
- Contribute ideas to our internal AI “Ops Assistant” project.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Interest in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, or automation.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Intune, or PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- A strong curiosity to learn and apply AI/automation in real-world IT operations.

The pay range for this role is:
15 - 17 USD per hour (Georgia, USA)
