Team for an entry-level sales position.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new potential borrowers
  • Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors
  • Respond to and qualify incoming capital inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team
  • Build a network in the real estate investment industry
Qualifications:
  • Sales focused with a competitive and driven personality
  • Effective communicator and relationship networker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience is a plus
