Job Type: Full-Time

 

Compensation: $20 - $25/hr

 

Schedule/Availability: Open Availability - must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Role Summary:

As an Aesthetic Care Concierge (ACC), you will be the secret sauce behind our premier medical spa locations. Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ACC will guide each patient through their aesthetic journey making them feel confident, comfortable, and well-supported. The ACC is well versed with all aesthetic offerings and can align patient goals with the appropriate treatments, products, and services. Every day is a chance to boost someone's confidence and help them feel incredible!


By educating patients, promoting services, and patient outreach, the ACC will drive the practice’s growth through genuine connection and expert knowledge. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships while delivering premium patient care, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and showcases exemplary organizational skills. Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure patients receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through follow-up.
  • Promote services through strategic patient outreach and follow-up to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Leverage expert knowledge to provide value-driven recommendations that optimize patient outcomes and practice performance.
  • Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient and timely coordination of appointments, consultations, and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including consultations, sales, and follow-up communications.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination between clinical teams and patients for a consistent patient journey.
  • Uphold an orderly and well-kept space, enhancing the patient's experience throughout the med spa.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, new treatments, and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to patients.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  • Strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires knowledge of various aspects of patient care.
  • Must possess good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties.
  • This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
  • Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
  • Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
  • Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
