Agility PR Solutions

Field/Event Marketing & Community Relations Manager

Company Overview

Agility PR Solutions is a global leader in media intelligence and PR technology. Founded in 2003, we help communications teams around the world drive awareness, make smarter decisions, and protect their reputation when it matters most. Our enterprise-grade platform unifies media relations, media monitoring, social listening, AI visibility, and media intelligence into a single seamless system—turning overwhelming streams of coverage and conversation into decision-ready intelligence. Recognized for ease of use, results, and customer support, Agility is one of the most trusted names in media intelligence. Our mission is to empower the voices that shape the world's narratives, and we're looking for people who want to help us do it.

About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Demand Generation, this role owns everywhere Agility shows up live: the in-person tradeshow calendar, every webinar we host, our flagship annual virtual event, intimate executive gatherings, and the foundations of our practitioner community. Significant in-person event travel is part of the job — you should want that.

You are analytical by nature, because the tradeshow calendar is yours completely: analyzing past show results to rank what actually worked, selecting next year's shows with our heads of sales, and owning booth operations, sponsorships, and pre- and post-show strategy for every one. You are also genuinely creative — the customer dinner with the right music and entertainment, the booth mechanic that draws real traffic, whether that's candy or a hired barista. Memorable beats expensive.

Every virtual event is yours end to end. You run all of our webinars — including moderating in the background when needed — and our named monthly webinar series. You deliver Signal Day, our flagship annual virtual event, against honest targets (800 registrations, roughly 400 live attendees) with a defined pivot mechanism if registration tracks below the floor. Pre-event and post-event engagement arcs — for webinars and tradeshows alike — are designed with, and executed inside, the Associate Director's funnel architecture.

You put our research on stage. Our Director of Communications & Content owns two flagship research reports; you own the launch webinars and derivative live events that turn each report into a season of programming.

You also run our intimate executive formats — roundtables and dinners for Enterprise & Government audiences — which are our deliberate alternative to the mega-conference model: we win the room of twelve.

On community: you build the foundation. Our practitioner community and ambassador program start from audiences we already own — our webinar and event attendees, our awards entrants, and our strongest customer advocates — with engagement mechanics wired to Signal Day: challenges in the run-up, champion recognition, and VIP access as the reward. The year-one milestone is a named ambassador cohort of 15–25 passionate Agility users with a defined give-and-get, plus a presence in regional PR associations. Our publication's audience belongs to our content organization; you activate that audience live.

What Success Looks Like

  • The tradeshow portfolio is ranked by measured ROI, with data-driven recommendations to sales on next year's calendar.
  • Every show runs with a documented pre- and post-show engagement plan, and post-show analysis lands within two weeks.
  • The webinar program runs on cadence with pre- and post-event arcs, and you can run one solo — including background moderation — without drama.
  • Signal Day hits its registration and attendance targets, or the pivot mechanism executes cleanly and on time.
  • Both flagship research reports get full readout programming: launch webinar plus derivative live events.
  • The ambassador cohort of 15–25 is named, active, and wired to Signal Day mechanics by year end.
  • Every event — field or virtual — feeds pipeline measurably, and you can show which ones feed it best.

What you’ll do

Tradeshows & Field

  • Own the tradeshow calendar end to end: selection with sales leadership, budgets, sponsorships, booth operations, and logistics.
  • Analyze past show performance and rank the portfolio by return; recommend the calendar with data.
  • Design creative on-site experiences: customer dinners, entertainment, and booth-traffic mechanics that people remember.
  • Run pre- and post-show engagement strategy for every event.

Webinars & Flagship Virtual Event

  • Run every webinar Agility hosts end to end, including background moderation when needed.
  • Operate the named monthly webinar series on a reliable cadence.
  • Deliver Signal Day: registration drive, production, live operations, and the pivot decision process.
  • Execute pre- and post-event engagement arcs inside the demand generation funnel architecture.

Research Readouts & Executive Formats

  • Produce the launch webinar and derivative live events for each flagship research report.
  • Design and run executive roundtables and dinners for Enterprise & Government audiences.
  • Coordinate review-solicitation moments with product marketing at events.

Community & Ambassadors

  • Build the foundation of the practitioner community from owned audiences: event attendees, awards entrants, and customer advocates.
  • Stand up the ambassador program: recruit the 15–25 member cohort, define the give-and-get, and run the engagement mechanics wired to Signal Day.
  • Build Agility's presence in regional PR associations, riding the tradeshow calendar.

What You'll Bring

  • B2B event marketing experience spanning both in-person tradeshows and virtual events, ideally in SaaS.
  • An analytical spine: you measure event ROI, rank a portfolio, and recommend with data.
  • Proven virtual event production skill: platforms, run-of-show, moderation, and the calm to run it solo.
  • Creative experience design instincts, with examples of event moments that people remembered.
  • Exceptional organization under concurrency: multiple event timelines at different stages, all on track.
  • A proactive, sense-of-urgency working style — events do not wait, and neither do you.
  • Comfort with significant travel during show season.
  • Community-building or ambassador program experience an asset.

AI Usage

We use technology to make hiring smarter, faster, and more personal, never less human. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools help us manage applications efficiently and highlight qualifications that align with each role, allowing our recruiters to focus more on meaningful conversations with candidates. AI does not make hiring decisions at Agility. Every decision is made by people, our hiring managers and recruitment professionals, who are trained to apply sound judgment and equitable practices at every stage. We believe technology exists to amplify human insight, not replace it. That belief shapes how we build relationships, tell stories, and grow our teams.

At Agility, we strive every day to build a more inclusive work environment and introduce tools that enable it. We strongly encourage applications from all people regardless of race, religion, gender, age, disability status or sexual orientation.

Even if you find yourself not checking all the boxes of our listed requirements but you are excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you anyway. Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application for this role, and other potential role matches open now or in the future.

If, at any stage of the application process, you require accommodation owing to disability or a medical need, please let us know at careers@agilitypr.com for us to make appropriate arrangements.
