Digital Marketing Manager

Aligned TG empowers organizations to harness the full potential of AWS cloud technologies, driving secure, scalable, and sustainable business outcomes. We approach every challenge with grit, embracing a results-driven mindset to ensure our clients achieve their goals. Our mission is to deliver unparalleled cloud advisory, engineering, financial management, and security services while continuously learning and innovating to stay ahead of industry advancements. Guided by a culture of collaboration and humility—where being "Team AWSome" means leaving egos at the door—we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of technology-enabled startups, mid-market, and enterprise clients. With a focus on execution, agility, and excellence, we are the trusted partner businesses rely on to navigate the complexities of cloud modernization and achieve their strategic objectives.

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to own the quality, consistency, and substance of everything Aligned TG puts in front of the market: our website, our solution collateral, and our digital content.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who can take a rough brief and return a finished, on-brand asset that says something meaningful. You will be the last set of eyes before work goes public, so precision matters as much as creativity: correct claims, clean layouts, working links, consistent typography, and messaging that reflects real proof points rather than generic cloud language.

You will work closely with our sales team, solutions architects, and delivery leaders to turn technical substance into clear, well-designed materials that buyers in regulated industries trust. This role is focused on digital marketing and creative production; event management and AWS alliance/partner programs are owned by a separate role on the team.

Success in this role is measured by:

·      Website accuracy, performance, and a steady cadence of published updates

·      On-brand, error-free collateral delivered on schedule and reused across the sales team

·      Messaging that carries specific proof points, credentials, and a clear call to action

·      Engagement and conversion improvements across email, organic social, and search

·      A maintained, documented library of templates and approved brand assets

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Optimization

·      Own day-to-day website updates—new pages, service and solution content, landing pages, and ongoing copy and design refinements.

·      Build and optimize landing pages tied to campaigns, gated content, and specific offers, with attention to layout, load speed, and mobile rendering.

·      Manage on-page SEO—metadata, heading structure, internal linking, image optimization, and alt text—to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

·      Maintain site quality through routine audits for broken links, outdated claims, stale credentials, inconsistent styling, and accessibility issues.

·      Track and report website performance using analytics and behavior data, and recommend changes based on what the data shows.

Collateral & Creative Production

·      Design and produce marketing collateral—solution briefs, one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, proposal and RFP templates, infographics, and digital ads.

·      Build and maintain a template library so the sales and delivery teams can produce consistent materials without starting from scratch.

·      Apply and enforce brand standards across every asset—typography, color, logo lockups, imagery, and layout hierarchy.

·      Produce and edit video and visual content for web, social, and sales enablement use.

·      Version and organize creative assets so the current, approved file is always the one in use.

Content & Messaging

·      Translate technical substance into clear buyer language, working with solutions architects and delivery leads to capture what a service actually does and why it matters.

·      Ensure every asset carries real substance—quantified outcomes, security and compliance credentials, named frameworks, and a specific offer or next step—rather than generic claims.

·      Write and edit blogs, thought leadership, customer stories, web copy, email, and social content for both technical and business audiences.

·      Ghostwrite for subject matter experts and executives, capturing their voice and technical point of view accurately.

·      Maintain the messaging framework for productized offerings so positioning stays consistent across the website, collateral, and campaigns.

Digital Campaigns & Marketing Operations

·      Plan and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.

·      Manage the organic social calendar and produce the graphics and copy that support it.

·      Run paid digital and search campaigns where they support specific offers, and manage budget and performance against them.

·      Maintain campaign hygiene in HubSpot—lists, forms, tracking, lead capture, and clean handoff of qualified leads to sales.

·      Report on campaign performance with honest reads on what worked, what did not, and what changes next.

Quality Control & Cross-Functional Collaboration

·      Serve as the final quality check on all outbound materials before publication—factual accuracy, spelling and grammar, brand compliance, and working links.

·      Partner with sales to identify collateral gaps and produce the materials that help move active deals forward.

·      Partner with delivery and technical teams to keep published service descriptions accurate as offerings evolve.

·      Manage intake and prioritization of marketing requests, setting realistic timelines and communicating status clearly.

What You'll Gain:

·      Full ownership of the Aligned TG brand experience across web and collateral

·      Deep exposure to AWS cloud solutions, security and compliance, and partner-led go-to-market

·      Direct access to technical experts and executives to build real subject matter depth

·      The freedom to rebuild and modernize a brand system rather than inherit a locked one

·      Professional development including AWS, marketing, and cloud certifications

Qualifications:

Required

·      4–7 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, digital marketing, or creative production.

·      Demonstrated ability to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials with minimal revision cycles.

·      Hands-on website management experience, including building and editing pages directly in a CMS.

·      Strong writing and editing skills for both technical and business audiences.

·      Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

·      A portfolio of work samples—collateral, web pages, and campaign assets—is required for consideration.

Technical Skills

·      WordPress or comparable CMS; comfort with page builders and basic HTML/CSS.

·      Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

·      On-page SEO fundamentals and analytics platforms for performance reporting.

·      Email marketing, marketing automation workflows, and campaign analytics.

·      Video production and editing capability is a plus.

Professional Traits

·      Exceptional attention to detail—catches the typo, the misaligned box, and the claim that is not quite right.

·      Strong visual judgment and a real sense of style; knows why a layout works, not just that it does.

·      Substance-driven—uncomfortable publishing something that looks good but says nothing.

·      Self-starter who takes ownership and moves work forward without close supervision.

·      Resourceful in pulling expertise out of internal SMEs and turning it into usable content.

·      Organized and dependable under competing deadlines.

·      Adaptable and growth-oriented in a fast-moving cloud technology environment.
