JOB TITLE: Coordinator 

DIVISION NAME:  Partnerships

LOCATION:  Los Angeles, CA (hybrid, 2 days a week from our office)

REPORTS TO:  SVP, Partnerships

START DATE:  Immediately


Summary of Position & Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a driven and creative person who is eager to be challenged and develop a career in marketing, and specifically, strategic partnerships with an emphasis on entertainment.  Our day-to-day job entails building and maintaining relationships with brands on behalf of our clients to create reciprocal exchanges between those parties.  Executing impactful, impeccable campaigns for our clients is a daily standard. The Marketing Coordinator will support a dedicated account team managing strategic brand partnerships for a leading streaming service, contributing across partner research and outreach, creative development, project management and campaign execution.


Job Responsibilities: Being able to multi-task consistently, work quickly and efficiently and retain information about many projects at once is a must for this role.

Administrative 

  • Support the account team with administrative and project coordination needs such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, circulation of agendas, note taking, expenses processing, travel arrangements, maintenance of online databases and servicing NDAs
  • Maintain detailed project trackers and status documents across multiple titles and partnership opportunities, ensuring deadlines, approvals, deliverables and next steps are clearly communicated and actioned
  • Assist with general office duties and other administrative tasks as needed

Relationship Management & Development

  • Support partner outreach and relationship management, including identifying and researching contacts, drafting outreach, tracking responses and next steps, and coordinating partner meetings
  • Build strong client relationships and consistently meet deadlines and expectations

Program Development & Execution

  • Research and evaluate prospective partners, relevant industry/category trends and cultural opportunities, and contribute strategic rationale for partnership recommendations
  • Prepare research, recaps and reports for clients under multiple deadlines
  • Develop and update client-facing presentations, partner recommendations, brainstorm materials, outreach materials and campaign recaps that are engaging and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Assist with and/or manage partnership execution, including drafting and reviewing deal memos and legal contracts, routing materials for approval, consolidating feedback, tracking creative/legal approvals and coordinating deliverables across stakeholders

Overall

  • Help foster a high performing culture that supports the goals of the Partnerships business unit and the company overall
  • Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (marketing, communications, or public relations preferred)
  • Minimum 2-year related experience (strong internship experience considered)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or Keynote 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel in-person, via email and videoconference, and on the telephone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to retain and synthesize information across numerous concurrent projects 
  • Positive attitude, good persuasive skills, ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Ambitious, resourceful, focused and goal oriented
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, team player
  • Stellar written and verbal communications skills to effectively influence promotional partners, general public audience and all levels of internal staff


Details:

  • The annual salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$60,000.
  • This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flex PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
