About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the face of Anthony & Sylvan in the store—helping customers find the right products and services to keep their pools at their best. You’ll combine product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create a welcoming, solution-focused experience that builds loyalty and trust. From supporting sales goals to managing merchandise, coordinating returns, and keeping the store well stocked and organized, you’ll play an important part in the daily success of the location. General Summary of Position

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for selling Anthony & Sylvan products and services and assisting customers with their product needs.  Provide exemplary customer service.  Coordinate returns of merchandise and store merchandise stocking.  Assist the store in achieving its’ daily, monthly and annual sales and service goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations by delivering accurate product information, maintaining awareness of current promotions and pricing, and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and located.
• Drive sales floor productivity by proactively engaging customers, identifying purchasing needs, and supporting conversion through knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation standards by ensuring the sales floor, stock areas, and checkout counters remain clean, organized, and fully merchandised throughout each shift.
• Manage inventory processes including stocking, replenishment, merchandising displays, and monitoring product levels to support sales and minimize shrink.
• Accurately and efficiently process register transactions in accordance with company cash-handling and POS procedures.
• Follow Anthony & Sylvan Pools’ operational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support overall store performance by completing assigned operational tasks, projects, and other duties as directed by management.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds to shoulder height, unassisted
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to communicate promptly and clearly to store customers and via phone/computer
