The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Value Creation Intern to join our team in Berlin.

You’ll work directly with the founders and portfolio companies on everything from operational improvement and strategic initiatives to integration and scaling projects. No layers, no corporate politics – just meaningful work with real exposure.

What You’ll Work On

• Support value creation initiatives across portfolio companies – from operations and process optimization to strategic execution.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help implement scalable processes and best practices.
• Prepare clear analyses, dashboards, and materials for founders, investors, and leadership teams.
• Lead strategic projects – from KPI tracking and automation to operational efficiency initiatives.
• Streamline collaboration across M&A, Tech, Sales, and People teams.
• Contribute to post-merger integration and long-term operational scaling.
• Work closely with the founders and operators on key initiatives and daily priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• First experience in consulting, operations, VC/PE, startup, or high-growth environments.
• Solid Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.
