Founded in 2012, Ascension Coffee proudly opened its first café in the Design District and continues to be a pioneer of specialty coffee in North Texas.

About the role

At Ascension, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy serving others, take pride in their craft, and want to be part of a team dedicated to creating meaningful experiences every day. We are hiring for Servers, Baristas, Hosts, Prep Cooks, Line Cooks, Bussers, and Dishwashers

What you'll do

Create memorable experiences for every guest through exceptional food, beverages, and genuine hospitality. Whether you're preparing dishes in the kitchen, crafting coffee and drinks, or serving guests in our dining room, you'll take pride in delivering quality, consistency, and thoughtful service. You'll work alongside a passionate team that values excellence, teamwork, and making people feel welcome.
