If, like us, you put a lot of value in culture, lifestyle and opportunity as well as benefits, you'll like what's on offer here (watch this).

Lot’s of people ask about the culture at AskNicely. There are three non-negotiables to what we call “living in the purple”:

  • Be NICE: We believe a great business can be built by nice people that are nice to each other.
  • Play to WIN: Bring your "A" game. We have high standards but favor speed over perfection.
  • Love your FEEDBACK: Get feedback to improve your game and give feedback generously to help others improve theirs.

You’ll lead the product execution across the business while assisting the CPO in developing the product strategy. You'll be responsible for defining and delivering a compelling product vision, building and coaching a high-performing product team, influencing engineering and ensuring alignment between product, customers, and company goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strategic thinking, operational rigour, and a deep understanding of SaaS and customer-centric development.

  • Lead the product roadmap – prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
  • Be the messenger - Build internal buy in for product initiatives through strong story telling and communication around product strategy and value.
  • Drive the product strategy – align it with company objectives, market opportunity, and customer needs.
  • Mentor and grow the product team – provide clear goals, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally – work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Champion the voice of the customer – bring data and insights into every decision; lead discovery processes.
  • Measure success and iterate fast – use data to validate ideas, track adoption, and drive improvements.
  • Own product lifecycle management – from ideation to sunset, ensure timely, quality releases.

  • Strong strategic thinking, with a track record of delivering results in scaling environments.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you can align and influence across all levels.
  • A natural leader who inspires teams and builds a culture of ownership, experimentation, and accountability.
  • Customer-obsessed, data-driven, and outcomes-focused.
