About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Regional Retail Sales Manager to oversee scheduling, store performance, and day-to-day operational excellence across our retail locations.
This role is critical to ensuring our stores are staffed properly, hitting performance goals, and operating smoothly. You will work closely with leadership to drive accountability, manage key operational systems, and support store teams on the ground.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys traveling, thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly detail-oriented.
What you'll do
Scheduling & Workforce Management
- Own store scheduling across all locations (New Hope, Philadelphia, Boston, NYC)
- Identify and resolve coverage gaps proactively
- Implement and manage scheduling software
- Maintain ongoing scheduling operations and adjustments
Store Performance & Bonus Tracking
- Track and report weekly store performance using key metrics
- Compile performance data across all store locations
- Maintain accurate weekly reporting and visibility to leadership
- Manage monthly bonus calculations based on store performance vs goals
- Ensure store goals are clearly defined, communicated, and tracked
Retail Operations & Store Support
- Provide operational support to store teams as needed
- Visit store locations to support execution and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistency across locations
- Step in to troubleshoot issues and maintain strong day-to-day operations
Facilities Coordination
- Manage store-related maintenance issues (e.g., repairs, leaks, urgent needs)
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlord communication
- Escalate and manage any lease-related issues in partnership with leadership
New Store Expansion Support
- Track and organize all active store search efforts across markets
- Communicate with brokers and agents regarding status updates
- Support lease finalization and store launch processes
- Maintain organization and visibility across expansion pipeline
Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist in monthly P&L tracking by compiling store sales and payroll data
- Partner with leadership to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across locations
You're a great fit
- 3–6+ years of experience in retail operations, multi-location management, or similar
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Experience with scheduling, payroll coordination, or workforce planning
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance tracking
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Problem-solver who can operate independently and make decisions
- Thrives in fast-moving, operational environments
- Is both strategic and hands-on
- Can hold teams accountable while staying supportive
- Notices gaps before they become problems
- Is comfortable being the “go-to” person for store operations
