Ballentine Partners is seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across the business. This person needs to be ready to grow into a dynamic, high-impact role. They will report to the Chief of Staff and interact frequently with the Director of Technology Initiatives and CEO. They will play a critical role in driving cross-functional projects, improving operational efficiency, and supporting key business priorities, including technology and process innovation.

 

Responsibilities include:


Support CEO, Director of Technology Initiatives, and Chief of Staff in the advancement of company initiatives, such as:

  • Assist in implementing new technologies like CRM, AI, and portfolio management systems
  • Drive initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and overall morale. Such initiatives will include company events and programs like the mentorship program
  • Conduct client profitability analysis to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and inform pricing on client engagements
  • Assist the COS in maintaining our B Corp certification, including managing the renewal process and ensuring ongoing adherence to required standards

   Assist with business initiatives.  Key areas include:

  • Real estate initiatives
  • Business development and marketing initiatives
  • Client experiences initiatives
  • Management and facilitation of corporate meetings (e.g., investor days, company updates, etc.)

Other duties as assigned

  • Collaborative by nature, and equally capable of working independently when needed


A bachelor’s degree is required with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology. No experience required. Any experience leading a team, project, or initiative (formal or informal) is a plus.

Ballentine Partners’ compensation is made up of a base salary and performance bonus. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 and is commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses are based upon company and personal performance and are paid annually.
