Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Beginning play in the 2024 season, we are building a squad that will play the beautiful game with power, passion, energy, and creativity.

Position Summary
This is a 6-month contract covering a parental leave.
We're searching for a data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead fan retention and engagement via email, push, and SMS campaigns from mid-June through December. The role focuses on developing and executing personalized omni-channel communications to strengthen fan relationships and boost revenue across ticketing, merchandise, and club experiences during the second half of the season and offseason.
You’ll use data insights to optimize campaigns, test new strategies, implement complex journeys, and manage supporting technical infrastructure. The position also includes mentoring the Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator. Ideal candidates have a passion for women’s soccer and want to enhance the NWSL experience. Reporting is to the Vice President of Growth & Retention.
It is expected that this role will be approximately 18-20 hours a week.
