Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories

Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted/certified

Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required

Current California RDA License is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field

BLS/CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with dental software is a plus (Open Dental preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
