What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred, but we enthusiastically welcome high-potential recent dental assisting school graduates!
  • Mindset: A naturally positive attitude, an eagerness to master new technology, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Communication: Top-notch interpersonal skills with a compassionate heart for easing patient anxieties.
  • Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive clinical role. Successful completion of a routine pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly exceed all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a pristine, protected working environment.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Multi-Specialty Chairside Assisting: Provide excellent chairside support to our dentists across general care, pediatric workflows, periodontal surgery, and orthodontic advancements.
  • Patient Experience Concierge: Warmly welcome patients, prepare them for treatment, and ensure families feel safe, comfortable, and well-educated throughout their visit.
  • Clinic Operations: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms and dental instruments accurately according to strict infection-control protocols.
  • Digital Diagnostics: Take high-quality dental radiographs and clinical impressions to assist our doctors with customized treatment planning.
