• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and help schedule appointments
• Keep things running smoothly at the front desk

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (dental or medical is a plus!)
• Comfort with multi-line phone systems
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
