Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Grand Rapids market. What You'll Do

In this role, you will help maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of commercial properties by:

• Performing repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and facilities building systems
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and completing repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Completing preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Responding to service requests and emergency maintenance needs
• Maintaining accurate work order documentation and service records
• Partnering with property managers, clients, tenants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours emergencies

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will bring a strong work ethic, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications include:

• At least 2 years of maintenance, facilities, building, or related experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
