1.      Role Purpose : Focuses on learning and supports development and maintenance of secure, scalable backend systems. Assists in building APIs, microservices, and integration components under guidance and while developing foundational engineering skills and best practices.

2.      Key Responsibilities:

·       Learn and collaborate with Senior Developers and team members to understand project requirements and assigned tasks.

·       Assist in developing and maintaining basic server-side logic and APIs under supervision.

·       Write simple, clean, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices.

·       Support the development of microservices using frameworks such as Node.js or Java Spring Boot under guidance.

·       Assist in implementing basic authentication, authorization, and security features in backend components.

·       Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to support overall solution delivery.

·       Help troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and participate in learning from debugging and incident reviews.

·       Actively engage in learning new backend technologies, tools, and development practices.

·       Internal: Collaborates with Front-End, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and QA teams for integration, testing, and deployment alignment. Works closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Security teams to ensure architecture consistency and compliance with coding standards.

·       External: Coordinates with client IT team, technology vendors, cloud service providers, and integration partners for performance optimization, issue resolution, and technology upgrades.
