About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Marketing team with a focus on partnership marketing. You'll be the connective tissue between our Partnerships team and marketing, helping us deepen relationships with our underwriter and industry partners to drive referrals into our core title company audience.

This is a great fit for an early-career marketer who wants broad B2B exposure while building deep expertise in how partner relationships drive pipeline. You'll touch co-branded content, email, events, direct mail, and more, reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing while working closely with the Partnerships team day-to-day.

What You'll Do:
Partnership Marketing

  • Execute co-marketing initiatives with underwriter partners to generate referrals and warm introductions to title companies and law firms
  • Build co-branded materials — one-pagers, email templates, case studies, and partner presentations — tailored for underwriter audiences
  • Plan and run partner webinars end to end: coordinating speakers, building registration pages, managing promotion, and following up with attendees
  • Create dedicated landing pages for partner campaigns targeting underwriter and title company audiences
  • Support partner launch plans including messaging frameworks, co-branded announcements, press releases, and internal/external newsletters as new partnerships come online
  • Maintain a partner resource library (logos, templates, messaging guides, content toolkits) for internal teams and partners
  • Track performance across partner campaigns and use data to sharpen content, tactics, and engagement strategy

Events & Trade Shows

  • Coordinate trade shows, industry conferences, and partner-hosted events from logistics through on-site execution — some travel required
  • Manage pre-event outreach, event materials, and post-event follow-up campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Serve as the coordination point between Growth Marketing and Partnerships around event planning

Campaign & Content Support

  • Contribute to growth marketing campaigns including email nurtures, partner newsletters, direct mail, social content, and content development
  • Help produce blog posts, one-pagers, and other assets that support both partner and direct marketing efforts
  • Pitch in on copy, project coordination, and campaign execution across the team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience; partner, channel, event, or content marketing background is a plus
  • Strong writer who can adapt messaging across formats and audiences — emails, landing pages, event copy, social
  • Organized self-starter who manages multiple workstreams and hits deadlines without constant direction
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel periodically for events and trade shows
  • Real estate, title, or proptech experience is a bonus

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
