About your new role:

Command|Link is hiring a Recruiter to support our G&A hiring across functions including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Administration. This is a high-volume, execution-focused role centered on running a clean, organized recruiting process rather than deep candidate evaluation. You will manage 10 to 20 open requisitions at any given time, keep our ATS in pristine condition, coordinate interviews across busy hiring manager calendars, and ensure every candidate moves through the funnel without friction.


You will work closely with hiring managers, the broader Talent team, and candidates themselves. The right person enjoys the operational side of recruiting, takes pride in tidy data and well-run processes, and thrives in a role where staying ahead of details is the job.

What You'll Do

  • Own ATS hygiene across 10 to 20 active G&A requisitions, ensuring candidate records, statuses, dispositions, and notes are accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring manager interviews, and panel interviews across multiple time zones, calendars, and candidate availability windows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely confirmations, agendas, prep materials, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, flagging stalled candidates, overdue feedback, and scheduling bottlenecks before they slow down a search.
  • Manage candidate communications, including outreach replies, status updates, rejection notes, and offer logistics coordination.
  • Post and refresh job listings across job boards, the Command|Link careers site, and partner channels.
  • Track and report weekly on recruiting metrics including time-to-schedule, interview load, pipeline coverage, and req aging.
  • Identify recurring process gaps and propose lightweight improvements to scheduling, ATS workflows, and candidate experience.
  • Use AI tools to speed up day-to-day recruiting work, including drafting outreach and candidate updates, summarizing interview notes, and automating repetitive ATS and scheduling tasks.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.


What You'll Bring

  • 1 to 3 years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates simultaneously without losing track of details.
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, or similar) and confidence learning new systems quickly.
  • Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills across multiple time zones.
  • Clear, professional written communication and a candidate-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and a natural inclination toward tidy data, clean processes, and well-documented workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate sourcing, drafting candidate communications, summarizing interview feedback, or streamlining recruiting workflows.
  • Comfort working independently, prioritizing across competing demands, and asking for help when something is unclear.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to G&A hiring specifically (Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Operations).
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting hiring at a growth-stage company.
  • Experience building lightweight AI-assisted workflows or automations (e.g., prompt libraries, AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS integrations) to improve recruiter productivity.
