Job Summary

We are seeking a high-velocity, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our growth in India. This is a crucial role designed to solve two core growth pillars: instant monetization of inbound interest and aggressive outbound pipeline generation.

You will be the first line of engagement, responsible for crushing our "speed-to-lead" metrics for incoming inquiries, while simultaneously running sophisticated outbound campaigns to map, hunt, and break into new enterprise target accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Management

    • Respond quickly to inbound leads (web, campaigns, referrals).

    • Qualify prospects against ICP (industry, size, Salesforce usage).

    • Schedule discovery calls/demos for AEs or Technical SEs.


  • Outbound & Prospecting Support

    • Run targeted outbound campaigns into priority accounts.

    • Research accounts/contacts via LinkedIn, CRM, Salesforce ecosystem events.


  • Partner Support

    • Follow up with partners on certification vouchers, training invites, and event signups.

    • Track and log partner-originated leads and referrals.

  • CRM & Reporting

    • Maintain clean, updated records of all activities in CRM.

    • Report on lead conversion rates, call/email activities, and meetings set.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales Representative within the Indian SaaS, tech services, or enterprise software ecosystem.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and multi-task efficiently.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or Outreach).

  • Bonus: exposure to Salesforce ecosystem, DevOps, or testing markets.
