Position Summary:
The 2026 midterms will shape the future of our communities, our states, and our country. To win, campaigns need dedicated, trained, and passionate organizers on the ground. The When We Count Organizer Bootcamp is a two day training program designed specifically for graduating college seniors and aspiring young professionals who want to jumpstart a career in political organizing and are seeking full-time employment between now and November 2026.
This two-day bootcamp will equip you with the hard skills, knowledge, and campaign network you need to get hired on a Democratic campaign in 2026. Upon completion of the bootcamp, the DNC will directly share your resume with battleground campaigns staffing up for critical roles in the midterms.
The first virtual bootcamp will take place Thursday, June 25th & Friday, June 26th from 10AM - 5PM.
Who We Are Looking For
Passionate young Democrats curious about working on a campaign in 2026. No previous political experience is required – just a willingness to learn and a fierce commitment to electing Democrats.
