Your role as Accounting Analyst Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Analyst Intern to join our Accounting team. This role provides practical experience in core accounting operations, focusing on the management of daily transactions, ledgers, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting critical automation initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data
  • Assist with a special project focused on the implementation and automation of the bank reconciliation process
  • Contribute to general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and documentation as required by the accounting team

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and lookups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude, strong sense of ownership, and an ability to manage competing priorities
  • Fluency in English and French (bilingualism) is a strong asset, given our Montreal location and Canada-wide customer base


Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
