About The Role

As an Implementation Manager in our Customer Support department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and rollout of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for our clients. This salaried, full-time position demands a collaborative approach, strong project management skills, and a client-first mindset. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored implementation plans that drive business success while managing timelines and ensuring top-notch execution. What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess business needs and configure ERP systems to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and adherence to objectives.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to clients during and after the implementation process to ensure a successful transition.
  • Proactively address challenges and risks, providing innovative solutions to mitigate potential project delays or issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and client-facing communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for process improvements.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP integration, project management, or client management roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills in English.
  • Client-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions to challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
