About the role


We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex projects within our organization. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.


What you'll do

  • Develop and manage program plans, including defining scope, setting milestones, and allocating resources.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate program status, key metrics, and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Conduct post-program evaluations to determine success factors and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from inception to completion.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
