About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the success of our products and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure that our products not only meet market demands but also exceed customer expectations.


What you'll do

  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and gather feedback to iterate and improve.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to ensure product success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and managing them through their lifecycle.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-first mentality.
