Be part of something new and exciting at Colletta, the lates dining experience debuting inside The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa!  We're looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Servers who thrive in a guest-focused environment and enjoy delivering outstanding hospitality. This is an opportunity to join a restaurant from the ground up, helping create exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, teamwork, and genuine connections with guests. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering personalized service, stays composed during busy shifts, and enjoys being part of a restaurant that values both hospitality and teamwork.

What You'll Do Includes:

• Deliver warm, attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere while building positive guest relationships.
• Stay organized and perform efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Proactively recognize and respond to guest requests and preferences.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of food, beverage, and daily menu offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Use sound judgment and professionalism when resolving guest concerns.

Location: Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round

Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, shifts include weekends and holidays

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in F&B preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Passion for food and beverage
• Passion for Hospitality
