The Athletic Club Team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is hiring a Fitness Front Desk Attendant to be part of a busy, guest-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, fitness, and connecting with people in a resort environment. What You’ll Do Includes:

• Welcome guests and members with friendly, professional service
• Keep the athletic club clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Manage class registrations, pool reservations, and memberships through our computer system
• Answer questions, provide information, and help guests make the most of their experience
• Process membership, retail, and guest-pass sales
• Communicate resort policies clearly and courteously

• Comfort with computer systems and multitasking

Location: The Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Schedule: Open shifts are Tuesday - Thursday 12:00PM - 5:00PM and Friday - Sunday 5:00PM - 10:00PM with opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

Successful candidates are at least 18 years of age and should bring strong communication and customer service skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential, along with a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, move equipment, set up and take down pool lanes, and clear snow from pool furniture in the winter. Candidates should also be willing to participate in or observe fitness classes to fully understand their essence. Demonstrated guest service skills are required, previous fitness club experience is preferred, and basic computer proficiency is expected.
