Entourage Corporate Services

ECS Marketing Strategist

Entourage Corporate Services (ECS) is seeking an organized, results-driven Marketing Strategist to support marketing execution across Entourage Yearbooks, RememberMe Yearbooks, Picaboo Yearbooks, and related ECS brands.

Reporting directly to the ECS Director of Sales & Marketing, this person will be the go-to resource for marketing execution and project management. The Director will establish strategy, priorities, budgets, KPIs, partnerships, and major initiatives. The Marketing Strategist will turn those priorities into clear project plans, campaigns, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and results.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership. They should be able to receive an objective, deadline, and expected outcome, then build the plan, coordinate the people involved, follow up on assignments, identify roadblocks, and make sure the work gets completed accurately and on time.

This role requires broad marketing knowledge, but we are not looking for an expert in every marketing channel. We are looking for someone who understands marketing, is highly organized, communicates well, manages multiple projects effectively, and is relentless about follow-through.

ECS is also building toward an AI-enabled and agentic future. The Marketing Strategist should be comfortable using AI tools, or eager to develop those skills, to improve productivity, campaign execution, analysis, content development, project management, and overall job performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Project Execution

  • Own assigned marketing projects and campaigns from kickoff through completion, ensuring work is accurate, organized, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain the ECS marketing calendar, develop project timelines, coordinate assignments across departments, and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
  • Identify stalled projects and roadblocks, escalate issues when necessary, and provide the ECS Director of Sales & Marketing with clear weekly updates on priorities, progress, deadlines, and results.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Execute multi-channel lead-generation campaigns that support ECS new business and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with Sales to support lead quality, follow-up, conversion, WAVES campaigns, conferences, referral programs, and other lead-generation initiatives.
  • Provide Sales teams with the marketing campaigns, collateral, communications, and resources needed to support new account growth.

3. Customer Retention, DRO & Buy Rate Growth

  • Execute customer marketing programs designed to improve retention, DRO performance, Buy Rate, Unit Sales, and Delivered Revenue.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify customer growth opportunities and execute targeted campaigns that increase yearbook participation.
  • Develop and coordinate customer communications, promotions, and resources that help schools increase yearbook sales.

4. Marketing Content & Communications

  • Coordinate and execute marketing communications across email, web, social media, digital campaigns, events, and other appropriate channels.
  • Develop and manage campaign messaging, email content, landing pages, sales collateral, promotional materials, and customer-facing resources.
  • Work with internal teams and outside resources as needed to ensure creative and marketing deliverables are completed accurately, on brand, and on schedule.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain marketing dashboards and provide consistent reporting on campaign activity, lead generation, customer growth, and revenue performance.
  • Track results and identify areas where campaigns or processes need improvement.
  • Provide clear weekly and monthly updates to the ECS Director of Sales & Marketing, including completed work, upcoming priorities, performance results, roadblocks, and recommended next steps.

Key Performance Metrics

Success in this position will be measured primarily through:

  • Projects and campaigns completed accurately and on time
  • Year-over-year qualified lead growth and lead quality
  • WAVES-generated pipeline and closed business
  • Customer retention and DRO performance
  • Buy Rate growth
  • Marketing-influenced Signed and Delivered Revenue

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional marketing, marketing project management, or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing, email, web, social media, content, paid media, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple people, departments, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with data, marketing KPIs, campaign reporting, and revenue-related metrics.
  • Ability to identify roadblocks, solve problems, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently while operating within the strategy and priorities established by the ECS Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Comfortable using AI tools, or willing to actively learn and adopt AI and agentic technologies, to improve productivity, marketing execution, analysis, and job performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, Google Analytics, project-management platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel periodically for company meetings, conventions, trade shows, and other industry events.

Work Environment

This position will be based in the Toledo/Maumee area and will operate in a hybrid work environment combining remote work with scheduled in-person collaboration.

ECS may utilize flexible workspace at Regus Arrowhead Park in Maumee for meetings, planning sessions, training, and in-person collaboration.

Occasional travel will be required for ECS corporate meetings, industry conferences, conventions, trade shows, and other company events.

What Success Looks Like

The value of the ECS Marketing Strategist is not simply generating more marketing ideas. It is making sure the right marketing priorities get done and produce measurable results.

The successful candidate will be someone the ECS Director of Sales & Marketing can trust with an objective and deadline and know that they will organize the work, coordinate the right people, follow through, communicate progress, solve problems, and drive the project through completion.

This role will allow the ECS Director of Sales & Marketing to remain focused on enterprise strategy, priorities, budgets, KPIs, partnerships, and growth while the Marketing Strategist ensures those priorities are consistently translated into execution and results.
