As a Kitchen Manager at Ferndale Project, you will play a crucial role in our scratch kitchen, where we take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality dishes that complement our diverse selection of craft beers. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations at the Ferndale Project location
  • Schedule kitchen staff
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Order and manage inventory
  • Work with GM to enhance kitchen processes and recipes
  • Ensure a positive and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen or management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
