Fresh Clinics is looking for an Acquisition Team Lead to lead our AU growth engine. This is a "Player-Coach" role designed for a sales operator who wants to keep their skin in the game while building their leadership legacy. You’ll lead our Inbound and BDM teams, carry a personal quota, and help us automate the manual work that slows sales down.
This role is for someone who thrives on the "close" but has the operational brain to see where a process is broken and the technical grit to fix it in HubSpot. You’ll partner directly with the Head of AU Growth and our RevOps Lead to ensure that every lead we touch is high-quality and every handover to onboarding is seamless.
AU acquisition end-to-end. Inbound and BDM run as one acquisition motion with shared lead routing, shared cadence, and a single accountable owner. Total acquisition output is governed and reported as one number, not two.

Compensation: The variable component is built to back what we're actually asking you to do. The biggest weight sits on team performance, because we want a leader who wins through the team, not around them. There's a personal commission slice for the deals you close yourself, and a management component tied to hiring, ramp, and coaching outcomes. Base and OTE have been benchmarked against market and finalised with the successful candidate. The design rewards the operator who builds the team properly, not just the one who carries the biggest personal book. Fresh is in two markets and scaling fast, so the size of this role, and the number attached to it, moves up with the business.
