At GoForth Galaxy, our people keep the business running — and the People Services team is here to keep
our people taken care of. We're looking for a People Services Coordinator to be the first friendly, reliable
voice employees hear when they have a question, a form to fill out, or something they need handled right. If
you're the person who keeps a running list, follows through until something is actually done, and genuinely
likes helping people get answers, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
• Be the first point of contact for employee questions across all GoForth Galaxy companies — by email,
phone, ticket, and in person.
• Answer everyday questions using our established guides and handbooks, and make sure anything more
complex gets to the right person and gets followed through to a resolution.
• Keep employee records accurate, complete, and organized across every entity.
• Handle employment and income verification requests, and process day-to-day HR system updates.
• Support employees through benefits questions, open enrollment, and life-event changes like a marriage,
new baby, or address change.
• Coordinate leave paperwork from start to finish — sending notices, tracking forms and deadlines, and
keeping everyone informed along the way.
• Help our HR team stay organized during employee relations matters by supporting documentation and
follow-up.
What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of administrative, customer service, or HR-support experience, including at least one
year working with HR, benefits, leave, or employee records.
• A track record of accuracy and attention to detail, even when things get busy.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential — no exceptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally between locations.
Nice to Have
• An associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Prior experience supporting benefits, leave, or employee records.
• Familiarity with an HRIS platform — Rippling experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting a field-based or distributed team.
Our Culture
GoForth Galaxy is built on five simple values that show up in everything we do: Give A Crap, Dig With a
Flashlight, Fight For Simplicity, Face It Fix It, and GROW! Fast. Our People Services team lives these out
every day — treating every employee, at every entity, with the same care and consistency.
Work Environment
• Onsite role based at our High Point, NC headquarters.
• Primarily a desk-based role with high-volume communication by email, phone, and in person.
• Some deadline-driven periods, including annual open enrollment.
• Occasional standing, walking, or travel between locations.
