Make a difference when It matters most
At Good Samaritan, we consider it a sacred honor to walk with individuals and families through their healthcare journey, whether in the home, facility, or hospice inpatient setting. As a local, mission-driven nonprofit serving the Roanoke Valley, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence, comfort, and healing.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Team Lead to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Home Health clinician to provide clinical leadership, strengthen clinical practice, support our team, and help shape the future of our Home Health program.

At Good Samaritan, that is more than a tagline. It means building a Home Health program where clinicians feel supported, leaders remain connected to the work, and every decision begins with our most important people, the patient and their families.
We are looking for a Clinical Team Lead who wants to do more than manage the day-to-day. We want someone who will help shape our culture, strengthen clinical practice, and continue to build the kind of team people are proud to join.
