About the role

Granite Concepts is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to support our showroom and office. This person will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a welcoming experience while assisting with questions about countertop materials and products.

The ideal candidate is comfortable talking with customers, eager to learn about our products, and able to keep customer information and daily administrative tasks organized and accurate.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday

What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist customers with questions about countertop materials, products, and available options.
• Manage customer appointments and confirm template and installation appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, open new accounts, and prepare paperwork.
• Support daily showroom operations by keeping the space clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and direct questions to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, office administration, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand countertop materials and products and communicate information clearly to customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work Wednesday through Saturday.
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
