Background and Overview

Growth Signals builds and delivers enterprise‑grade software solutions where reliability, security, and execution discipline are foundational to customer trust and long‑term success. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a core executive leadership role, responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology and product strategy.

This role carries ownership of technical decision‑making across product, architecture, engineering delivery, platform reliability, security, data, and AI systems. The CTO will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to translate business strategy into a clear, durable technical roadmap, while working deeply with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to drive predictable, high‑quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, technically credible leader who understands how to operate production systems in real enterprise environments—balancing innovation with stability, urgency with discipline, and short‑term delivery with long‑term platform health.
