What You'll Expect

As a Seasonal Dual Rate Cage Supervisor/Cashier, you’ll oversee daily casino cage operations to ensure all cash, chip, and transaction activities are accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations. You’ll supervise cage staff, safeguard assets, and provide exceptional service to guests and team members. This is a seasonal position that runs from May through mid to late September.


What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily cage operations, including cash handling, chip transactions, check cashing, and bank balancing
  • Ensure compliance with Title 31 guidelines and internal controls
  • Monitor cage transactions to prevent theft, fraud, or loss
  • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate transaction and cash count records
  • Perform vault functions, including custody of currency, coin, checks, and related records
  • Complete fills and drops in TRMs and recyclers
  • Address staff issues, maintain a positive work environment, and assist with training
  • Prepare incident reports and escalate regulatory concerns as needed
  • Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records
  • Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner
  • Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances
  • Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines
  • Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed


What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous gaming or banking experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


What We Require

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
  • Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment with occasional exposure to temperature extremes
  • Physical mobility, agility, and ability to lift up to 10 lbs. required
