What You'll Expect

You’ll lead audit processes, improve procedures, and support operational excellence in a fast-paced casino and finance environment focused on accuracy, teamwork and compliance. 


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the daily audit operations for casino revenue streams
  • Review and validate revenue reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supervise and guide audit team members, including training and performance support
  • Investigate discrepancies and work with departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist with financial reporting, audit documentation, and ad-hoc analysis for leadership
  • Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
  • Recommend process improvements to increase audit efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with internal and external auditors as needed


What You'll Bring

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Previous casino, gaming, banking, or audit experience is a plus 


What We Require

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in casino audit, accounting, finance, or compliance preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of casino revenue streams, internal controls, and Title 31 regulations preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
