Your work directly supports production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment.

What You'll Do

You will support the daily flow of materials across the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, identify, organize, and store incoming raw materials and consumable supplies.

• Monitor workstation needs and proactively replenish materials to prevent downtime.

• Load and unload trucks carrying materials, supplies, equipment, and outgoing shipments.

• Verify incoming materials and report shortages, damage, and discrepancies.

• Keep raw-material and consumable storage areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Transport materials safely using approved material-handling equipment.

• Coordinate with production technicians, leadership, and neighboring workstations.

• Identify opportunities to improve material flow, replenishment, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Follow safety procedures, use required PPE, attend training and production meetings, and report hazards promptly.

A Day on the Manufacturing Floor

You will be on your feet throughout the workday, moving between inventory areas, receiving and shipping, and production workstations. Priorities can change quickly. You will need to stay organized, respond to material shortages before they interrupt production, and balance speed with accuracy and safety.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established instructions and processes.

• Able to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to learn multiple aspects of inventory, material handling, and production support.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred but not required.

• Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience preferred.
