Co-founded by a double board-certified nurse practitioner, the team includes several nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed therapists, ensuring a diverse and highly qualified group of providers dedicated to delivering quality mental health care.

We're a U.S.-based telehealth group hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our credentialing and billing (RCM) team. You don't need years of U.S. healthcare experience — we train. We need someone reliable, organized, and willing to chase things until they're done.

Job Title: Healthcare Virtual Assistant — Credentialing & Billing Support

Location: Remote (Nigeria) | Full-time | U.S. hours (CST overlap)

Pay: ₦1,000,000/month

What You'll Do

• Update provider profiles and payer portals (CAQH, Availity — we'll train you)
• Track license and document expirations and flag renewals early
• Follow up with insurance payers on pending applications and claims
• Verify patient insurance eligibility before visits
• Help with claim submission, denials, and follow-up
• Keep trackers and files clean and up to date

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail and good follow-through
• Comfortable learning new software quickly
• Reliable high-speed internet + backup power (generator/inverter)
• Quiet workspace and availability during U.S. hours
• Any prior healthcare, admin, or VA experience is a plus (not required)
