
About the role
Imagineeer is seeking a Change Management Lead to own organizational change management on an acquisition transformation engagement for a federal civilian department. Change management is a contract requirement from day one, not an add-on at implementation.
You will own the change methodology, co-author the Integrated Change Management, Training, and Configuration Management Plan within 20 business days of award, and own the adoption and change checkpoint in the firm's decision methodology: will the workforce adopt the change, and what will it require of them?

• Experience leading change in federal agencies, ideally in acquisition, finance, or other operations functions.
• Experience supporting technology pilots and phased rollouts where adoption data informs go/no-go decisions.
• Master's degree in organizational development or a related field.
