Location: Southport, Gold Coast | Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) + occasional evenings/weekends | WFH 1 day per week post-probation

We're looking for a Senior Content Creator & Video Lead to help take Infinity's video presence to the next level across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid social. This is a senior, hands-on creative role for someone who can spot opportunities, generate ideas, own production and bring content to life from concept through to publication.

You'll be involved in the entire process, from concepting and scripting through to filming, presenting, editing and optimisation, while helping shape the creative direction of Infinity's content as we continue to grow.

We're not looking for someone who needs a script handed to them.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll own and lead the end-to-end creation of short-form video content across organic and paid channels. You’ll develop original concepts, set the production standard, create content both behind and in front of the camera, and use performance insights to keep improving what we put out into the world.

Content Strategy & Leadership

• Lead Infinity’s short-form video content strategy across organic and paid channels.
• Develop content concepts aligned with brand, audience, and commercial goals.
• Use performance insights to refine content direction and improve results.
• Provide creative guidance to internal and external content contributors.

Content Creation & Production

• Own the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, scripting, filming, presenting, and editing.
• Create engaging, platform-native content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
• Turn creative briefs into high-quality content that drives engagement and action.
• Adapt and repurpose content across channels while maintaining brand consistency.

Editing & Performance Optimisation

• Edit content using strong storytelling, pacing, and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Test different formats, messaging, and creative approaches to improve performance.
• Analyse engagement and conversion data to optimise future content.
• Deliver polished, campaign-ready assets across all channels.

Creative Operations

• Manage content schedules, production workflows, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and key stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.
• Maintain efficient processes that support consistent content output.
• Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident, creative and commercially minded content leader who knows what makes short-form content perform. You’ll be someone who can think strategically, move quickly and bring strong creative judgement to every stage of the process.

You’ll bring

• Strong experience creating and editing high-performing social video content
• A portfolio that shows excellent short-form storytelling and platform awareness
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics - highly regarded
• Confidence filming, directing and appearing on camera
• A strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and conversion-focused creative
• The ability to use performance data to evaluate and improve content
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative communication style and openness to feedback
• Experience leading creators, freelancers or production workflows – desirable
