About the role:

Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Intern to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Head of Product. We are seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to join our team for an ongoing part-time opportunity (8-10 hours per week-flexible). The intern will work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to projects that impact our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Document engineering processes, findings, and project progress.

We Would Love To Hear From You, If:

You're currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field). We care more about your aptitude and drive than your exact year or discipline.


You bring:

  • Some hands-on lab experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with at least one of: Python, MATLAB, or C (for data analysis, test automation, or instrumentation) preferred.
  • The ability to communicate technical findings clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • Passion for innovation and technology
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature controlled environment.
