Our end-to-end service often focuses on moving investigations from the on-line environment to the physical or off-line environment and this is when the Field Investigations Team is called upon to provide support to gather physical evidence of infringement. Typically, the team will use Market Survey, Test Purchases, Surveillance and undercover operations as evidence gathering tools.

Investigators will conduct target research, perform undercover test purchases, process and document evidence, prepare investigative reports, and engage with suspected scammers and resellers to gather actionable intelligence.

  • Compile and issue briefing plans to contracted resources, ensuring all instructions are clearly understood.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of Investigation Plans, briefing documents, reports, and other internal materials prior to distribution.
  • Analyze and assess intelligence related to new and ongoing investigations.
  • Coordinate the destruction of counterfeit or illegal products when required.

  • Travel as required to support field investigations, market surveys, undercover test purchases, and enforcement actions.
  • Produce comprehensive and detailed investigation reports.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all reporting and documentation activities.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
