Role: Market Engagement Lead


The Market Engagement Lead is responsible for creating visibility, engagement, and opportunities for Kolar Design and KXI through strategic event execution, marketing operations, brand management, and client engagement initiatives.

This role serves as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, leadership, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the Kolar brand.

The Market Engagement Lead owns the systems, campaigns, events, and communications that create awareness and support business growth.


Objective & Responsibilities of the Role:


Event & Conference Leadership

  • Lead planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, workshops, and client events.
  • Develop event strategies aligned with business development and marketing objectives.
  • Manage registration, travel logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, booth assets, and team schedules.
  • Facilitate event planning meetings and post-event debriefs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and lead transfer after events.
  • Measure event performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, web partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications, presentations, templates, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate development of case studies, project stories, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
  • Support website updates and ongoing content management.

CRM & Market Operations

  • Serve as primary administrator for HubSpot and other marketing systems.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and campaign tracking.
  • Develop and distribute sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Support lead routing, campaign measurement, and marketing analytics.

Client & Internal Engagement

  • Coordinate workshops, client events, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Support leadership preparation for speaking engagements, conferences, and strategic meetings.
  • Facilitate internal communications related to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain supplier diversity certifications, industry memberships, and strategic partnerships.
