Our goal is to continuously lead the payments industry with new technology delivering value to clients, which who include merchants, banks, acquirers and POS vendors, expanding our presence into other regions.

About the Role

As Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Manager at Linkly, you will drive new business growth with enterprise merchants for our recently launched market leading recurring billing product Orbit Online. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large merchants and their technology partners, and will have a direct line of influence into both product strategy and broader GTM strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic account development and strategy, so it suits someone who is equally comfortable running a complex deal through to signature and stepping back to help design the enterprise playbook that gets the team there.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new enterprise merchants on Orbit Online, through direct outreach as well as via partners, acquirers and bankers.
  • Build and own Linkly's enterprise GTM playbook: define target accounts, the sales motion and deal qualification, then document, iterate and execute against it, owning the outcomes. Our Commercial Analysts will help with research for this.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging executive, payments, IT, procurement and finance stakeholders within large merchant organisations.
  • Shape commercial proposals, pricing and contract negotiations for enterprise deals, working with Finance and Legal to reach outcomes that work for both the customer and Linkly.
  • Bridge sales, solutions and delivery to keep deals moving, from first pipeline conversation through to live rollout across online channels.
  • Work alongside acquirers, banks and POS vendors to unlock enterprise opportunities and co-sell where it strengthens the merchant proposition.
  • Bring enterprise customer and market insight back into the business to influence product strategy.
  • Contribute to and influence Linkly's broader Orbit and Orbit Online go-to-market strategy.

Key OKRs

  • Enterprise playbook: Development and refinement of the enterprise GTM playbook.
  • New enterprise merchants won: Enterprise merchants signed on Orbit Online.
  • New business revenue: Revenue generated from new enterprise customers.
  • Qualified pipeline: Value and coverage of qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Enterprise transaction volume: Total transaction volume across newly won enterprise merchants.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in an enterprise sales, GTM or business development role, ideally within payments, fintech, or software ecosystems.
  • A track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers.
  • Experience building, documenting and iterating an enterprise sales or GTM playbook, not just executing an existing one.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior executives within large merchant organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including proposal development, pricing and contract negotiation.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Comfortable owning clear revenue and pipeline targets and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Our Values

  • Act Like an Owner: Take full accountability for outcomes and make decisions with the long-term success of Linkly in mind.
  • Innovate: Challenge assumptions, champion new ideas and drive meaningful change for customers and the business.
  • Deepen Trust: Build confidence through integrity, transparency and consistent delivery with your team, partners and clients.
  • Care and Respect: Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best work.
